WELCOME TO ARC MONITORING: 'THE CARING CHALLENGER'
Arc Monitoring Ltd was founded in October 1999 by the Management team of a successful security company based in Bristol. Collectively they felt that there was an increasing need for a CCTV surveillance facility that could guarantee a specialist remote monitoring service for both the installer and end user, which focused specifically on three key elements: reliability, honesty and efficiency.
Arc is almost 5 years old and has created a strong position within the industry. The company currently monitors a number of CCTV sites throughout the UK and is growing at a steady rate. The core purpose of the organisation is to create crime free zones for our end users and ensure continued hassle free monitoring for the installer. In order to effectively achieve these objectives the management pledges a commitment to being truly customer focused, which is an ongoing part of our "Gold Standard" operation.
Our "Gold Standard" operation encompasses three key elements:
ARC RVR
We are continuously looking for new ways to develop our RVR service to ensure we can offer a high quality service that meets the needs and wants of all our customers.
TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The implementation of the new British Standard, BS8418 will ensure the quality of our RVR service for our installers and end users. We feel it is vital for us to adopt all segments of this standard as soon as possible. We have set an implementation date for January 2005. In order to fully prepare each member of staff we are currently changing the mindset of all of Arc's team to a "can do" attitude.
STAFF MOTIVATION
Our employees are our most valuable asset. They are responsible for delivering our core purpose; creating crime free zones and hassle free monitoring. Consequently, we are continuously evaluating their working environment and making improvements where necessary to guarantee all our staff members can offer our customers the highest level of care and assistance.
The public attitude towards the company has been first-rate, due to the nature of the service Arc is providing. "An alarm is just a noise until someone responds to it. Without this it bears no significance." Arc ensures they continue to comply with the Data protection Act, ensuring they maintain the confidentiality of all information gathered and recorded. Currently Arc works alongside the Emergency Authorities, providing them with high quality information about sites where criminal activity is detected. The new British Standard; BS8418 will aim to sustain these relations for the long term. RVR is both affordable and cost effective for all our customers. We tailor our system to meet the needs and wants of our customers. This ensures that we can meet the standard of service that, you the individual requires'.
